Hello Everyone! I am finally back online (in Guatemala!). Thanks to Melissa for posting the previous two updates from my satellite messenger messages (which is usually truncated messages and can be a bit of a pain to put together). I know it is not much fun reading a post without photos so now that I … More Photos from El Salvador! (a catchy title, right?)
All is well in La Cumbre, El Salvador. We have enjoyed spending time with the community. I checked the water tanks and pipes and the system is functioning but they are in the middle of a little drought and the water is coming out of the spring very slowly. This past Sunday evening, the ladies got … More The Dinner Snatcher
The work is progressing slowly this week but we should still be finished by Friday. It takes a long time to position and support the pipe because we are working on steep slopes. We have supported about 80% of the pipe and should be finished with the pipe tomorrow. I literally hold small tree trunks to … More She’ll be sliding down the mountain when she comes!
