Tajikistan was my first project with Hydromissions. I was a Trainee with responsibility to run the operation in country with Steve and Jen close by as my mentors/instructors. Steve & Jen reminded me in the beginning of the trip that every project is different and they specifically prayed that the challenges I would face would be important ones, molding me into the type of person they would want to represent Hydromissions in the future.
